Account Deletion

KMC Sparsha user accounts are provisioned for authorized programme or institutional use. Account deletion requests are handled through the programme support team and, where required, the implementing institution.

How to request deletion

Email support@kmcsparsha.org with the subject line KMC Sparsha Account Deletion Request.

Include the following

  • Registered mobile number or email address
  • Hospital or institution name
  • User role
  • Reason for the request

What happens next

The support team may verify identity, confirm institutional authorization, and review whether any data must be retained for legal, audit, programme continuity or patient-safety reasons before account deletion is completed.

Data retention note

Deleting an account does not always mean every associated record can be erased immediately. Some records may need to be retained as part of hospital operations, programme governance, research approvals, legal obligations or clinical documentation requirements.
